Born in Żory, 11 June 1961.

Graduated from Silesian University, Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry, Major: Physics in 1985. He is also a graduate of Post-graduate Studies in self-government economics in University of Economics in Kraków, Legal and Self-government Post Graduate Studies of Polish Academy if Sciences, Real Estate Assessment in Skarbek Graduate School of Business Economics in Warsaw and Post-graduate Studies in Business Management in University of Warsaw.

After his graduation Zygmunt Łukaszczyk worked as a physics teacher in a Secondary School of Construction and Services in Żory. In 1990 begun his service in local government, initially as a Vice-president and later a President of Żory. Paralelly with these functions, Zygmunt Łukaszczyk was a member of the City Council, in 1998-2002 the President and since 2006 to 2007 the President of the City Council of Żory. In 1999 took the office of the director of a Workgroup for Restructuring in Jastrzębie Coal Holding Company; after next two years he became the Vice-President of the Company. He was also a director of the Office for Restructuring, Ownership and Capital Strategy of the Jastrzębie CHC. In 2006 Zygmunt Łukaszczyk took the post of the President in the Central Measuring and Research Laboratory, the company linked to Jastrzębie CHC.

Zygmunt Łukaszczyk is 49 years old. He and his wife Aleksandra have a daughter - Karolina. He is keen on sailing and scouting. Mr. Łukaszczyk has got the yacht patent; he is also the owner of the Scouting Mastership.

Born on 23 March, 1960 in Żarnowiec.

In 1985 graduated from University of Agriculture in Kraków and in 1999 from post-graduate studies in real estate assessment in Skarbek Graduate School of Business Economics in Warsaw. In 2000-2001 he attended post-graduate studies in management of EU grants in Częstochowa University of Management.

Stanisław Dąbrowa started his professional career in 1985 in Agriculture Consulting Center in Mikołów. As a specialist, later the senior specialist in plant production. Since 2002 to 2004 Stanisław Dąbrowa was a director of Agriculture Consulting Center in Mikołów. In 2005 Stanisław Dąbrowa was a Head of Branch in Mikołów of the Silesian Agriculture Consulting Center in Częstochowa and since 2006 until he took an office of Silesian Vicevoivode Stanisław Dąbrowa was the Head of Częstochowa Branch of the Center.

In 1990-1994 was a member of Municipality Council in Pilica and in 1998-2002 a member and the Vice-president of Zawiercie District Council. In 2006 he was once again elected as a member of Zawiercie City Council. He is also the President of District Chamber of Agriculture and a member of Board of Silesian Chamber of Agriculture.

Stanisław Dąbrowa lives in Pilica, married and a father of three sons. He is interested in agriculture, history and sport as well as folk music.

PIOTR SPYRA

Born on 17 March 1968 in Mikołów.

In 1992 he graduated from the Department of Social Sciences at the University of Silesia and he obtained the degree in history. He started his professional work in I Zespół Szkół Społecznych STO im. Stanisława Konarskiego – a school in Katowice. Then he also worked in Regionalny Inspectorat Celny [Regional Customs Inspectorate] and in Urząd Kontroli Skarbowej [Tax Control Office] in Katowice. From 2006 – 2008 Piotr Spyra was the vice-president of Międzynarodowa Giełda Towarowa S.A. [International Commodity Exchange Joint Stock Company] in Katowice. From 2007 – 2011 he was the chairman of Rada Społeczna Szpitala Wojewódzkiego [Social Council at the Voivodeship Hospital] in Tychy. From 1997 he has been the President of Polski Śląsk – a civic movement.

Piotr Spyra was a councilor of Sejmik Województwa Śląskiego [the Silesian Voivodeship Sejm] during the 3rd and 4th term. From 2008 – 2010 he was a member of the Silesian Voivodeship Management Board and he was responsible, among other things, for infrastructure.

Piotr Spyra comes from Pszczyna but lives in Tychy. His main interest is the history of Poland and Silesia. He is a cinema lover. In his free time he likes sailing and riding a bike.

Born in Olkusz on 7th February 1974.

Łukasz Falgier graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Silesian University in Katowice. Completed also post-graduate studies in controlling and auditing in economy and administration in Poznań Higher School of Commerce and Accounting, post-graduate studies in execution in administration and Internal Auditors’ Study organized by National School of Public Administration (KSAP).

Łukasz Falgier is certified with The Institute of Internal Auditors CIA and CGAP certificates. He has also passed an examination PRINCE2(R) in project management.

After graduation from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Silesian University in Katowice Łukasz Falgier commenced his job in Silesian Voivodeship Office, initially in Department of Organization and Staff.

On November 17, 2006 he was appointed the General Director of the Silesian Voivodeship Office.

On August 19, 2009 he was appointed by the Head of Civil Service a member of the Steering Committee, a body co-ordinating works of General Directors’ Forum.
